Aadarsha School of Management

Aadarsha School of Management is a privately owned technical school situated in Birtamod-3, Jhapa district of Koshi province, Nepal. Founded in 2017, it is currently one of the top schools imparting vocational training and providing higher education in the field of hotel and management studies through Diploma in Hotel Management (CTEVT affiliated).

By adopting practical learning approaches, the school aims at equipping future managers and professionals with internationally competitive skills to contribute towards development of Nepal's thriving tourism and hotel industry. The school's long-term objective is to position itself as one of the pioneering institutes that will bring excellence in the field of hotel management studies in Nepal by developing trained manpower that can cope with multifarious challenges of tourism and hospitality industry. Apart from academic learning, it is also emphasizing social entrepreneurship and development of ethnic hospitality culture especially in Province 1 (Koshi province), wherein it is positioned as an innovative institute in the specialized field.

The school is very active in its social media presence showing activities like Chef competition and hospitality training exercises conducted by students. In totality, Aadarsha School of Management is a specialized vocational school in Birtamod and not a general K-12 school like others.
