About the School
Shree Durga Model Secondary School (DMSS) is located in the center of Kalaiya-7 in the district of Bara within Madhesh Province of Nepal. The school was established way back in the year 2004 B.S. (1947 A.D.), and has since then been a major provider of quality education in the region. Founded at a time when Nepal was under Rana Rule with Rana Prime Minister Padma Shamsher being in power, DMSS was founded through the collaborative efforts of community and education leaders.
Presently, DMSS is counted among the best institutions of learning in Kalaiya Municipality. With an academic presence of almost eight decades, this school provides +2 level courses in Computer Engineering, Science, Management, Education, and Law affiliated to the National Examination Board (NEB).
