Gajurmukhee Secondary Boarding School came into existence in 1987 A.D. (2044 B.S.). It is an independent educational institution situated in Nagarjun Municipality-6, Ramkot, Sitapaila, Kathmandu district, in the province of Bagmati, Nepal. Classes up to SEE level are provided here and are affiliated to National Examinations Board (NEB).
After its modest start of only 37 students in 2044 B.S., Gajurmukhee School has come a long way in its over 35-year history, not only in terms of enrollment figures but in terms of academic quality, physical development, and other facilities as well, such as the computer laboratory, futsal and sport facilities, and a separate Montessori section for the young ones.
In about four decades of academic presence, Gajurmukhee Secondary Boarding School is now more concerned than ever before to impart the skills and qualities to the students so that they become excellent leaders and good citizens capable of meeting the challenges of the 21st Century.
